Todd Sachse, LEED AP, SCDP, is a visionary leader and philanthropist, serving as CEO of Sachse Construction, partner of Broder Sachse Real Estate, and Principal of Zolman Restoration. He oversees the strategy and vision for The Enterprise—an integrated network of five companies spanning commercial and retail construction, real estate, insurance restoration, and mechanical services. 

Todd founded Sachse Construction in 1991 on a foundation of unwavering core values and service excellence. Over the last 30+ years, the company has completed millions of square feet of projects across all 50 states, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Known for his hands-on leadership style, Todd remains deeply accessible to clients, architects, and team members, fostering enduring relationships and shared success. He has also built a formidable senior leadership team, each specializing in distinct areas of The Enterprise. 

A proud University of Michigan alumnus with a Bachelor of Science degree, Todd is a licensed contractor in multiple states and holds LEED AP and SCDP credentials. 

Beyond his business leadership, Todd is actively engaged in philanthropy and community service. He has served as a Board Member and Past President of the United Jewish Foundation of Metropolitan Detroit and has contributed his leadership to organizations including the Young Presidents Organization, New Detroit, Downtown Boxing Gym, Metropolitan Affairs Coalition, Cranbrook Academy of Art, and the Jewish Community Center of Metropolitan Detroit (Past President). He is also a member of the Chief Executives Organization and Co-founder and Co-chair of the Detroit Developer Roundtable. 

Outside of his professional and philanthropic pursuits, Todd enjoys skiing, golf, and pickleball, has a passion for art, and is an avid potter.
