He is a published author and industry speaker and has led major recovery efforts including the 1993 World Trade Center bombing, Hurricane Katrina, and restoration projects for the New Orleans Criminal Courts, Police Department, and Superdome. He developed Large Loss Mastery training programs and created THE EDGE v3 Estimating System. His career spans nearly every major weather event since 1990, with international project experience in Singapore, Kuwait, Canada, Mexico, Costa Rica, and the West Indies.
