Shawn Folks is the CEO and Owner of Guarantee Restoration Services (GRS), a full-service water, fire, and mold restoration company based in Baton Rouge, LA. He graduated from Louisiana State University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.

GRS was originally a carpet cleaning business started by his parents in 1974 and has grown under Shawn's leadership to six locations across Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama. He has more than 35 years of experience. Shawn began as a technician and later served as a production manager for 10 years before becoming CEO in 2014.

Shawn holds various industry licenses and certifications and is an active member of several local and national associations. He is married to Jamie, with whom he has three children: Thomas, Dylan, and Charlotte. They also have two miniature dachshunds, Maci and Goldie.
