Shaun Quinn is a principal and vice president of claims and business development for Zolman Restoration. In this role, he leverages more than 25 years of industry experience to help commercial and residential clients restore their properties to pre-loss condition as quickly as possible. Shaun is recognized for upholding the company’s high standard of client communication, guiding clients through challenging times with expertise and care. 

A qualified insurance restoration professional, Shaun holds multiple certifications from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), including Journeyman Fire & Smoke Restorer, Water Damage Technician, Odor Control Technician, and Upholstery & Fabric Restoration Technician. He is also highly skilled in the insurance industry’s Xactimate estimating software. 

Before joining Zolman Restoration in 2014, Shaun built a diverse career across construction-related organizations. He served eight years as a director of construction, 10 years as a national accounts manager, and five years as a sales associate. This breadth of experience has equipped him with deep expertise in customer service, large loss coordination, project management, and estimating. 

Outside of work, Shaun enjoys spending time up north, hunting, and being with family and friends.
