A journalist by trade and industry thought leader, Michelle has built C&R into a trusted platform that educates, connects, and sparks conversation among contractors, executives, and innovators. She is a frequent speaker and moderator at national conferences, leading discussions on emerging trends, disruptive technology, and the future of the industry. Michelle also serves on the Restoration Industry Association’s Membership and Marketing Committees and founded multiple industry awards programs, including the Unsung Heroes Award. She holds a B.A. in Public Relations and Journalism from Central Michigan University and an Executive MBA from Michigan State University.
