With nearly 20 years of experience in the restoration and insurance industries, Matt has held leadership roles at Kustom US, Total Restoration, and Erie Insurance, developing expertise in business development, operations, and high-performing team leadership.

Passionate about supporting independent restoration companies, Matt is dedicated to equipping businesses with the resources, strategies, and support needed to thrive in a competitive marketplace.

Outside of his professional role, Matt is committed to family, community, and mentorship. He volunteers in youth football and leadership development, applying his belief in the power of coaching both on and off the field.
