John has over 30 years of experience overseeing and integrating engineering and sustainability best practices for commercial, residential, retail, mixed use industrial, restaurant and hospitality operations for over 30 million square feet of real estate.  

At Bedrock, John oversees all commercial, residential, capex, health, safety & environmental engineering activities for our Detroit and Cleveland Bedrock properties. 

Highly skilled in process and procedures creation, workforce planning, project management, quality assurance, training, health & safety, budgeting, and operationally supporting corporate initiatives. John has recently been focusing on improving energy efficiency, reducing costs, and successfully overseeing Bedrock projects and initiatives.
