Cassidy is Senior Vice President and Executive in Charge of Claim Relationships, Strategy & Resolution for Lockton in the Northeast. He serves as a resource and works out of each of Lockton’s offices in the Northeast. 

In this position, Cassidy focusses his time in 4 key areas. Cassidy develops new business and manages those client relationships. He organizes and develops executive-level Claims relationships (insurance companies, TPA’s, law firms, etc.) and authors strategy to positively impact the most complex or high-exposure claims escalated for his attention. Cassidy also has responsibility for recruiting and developing industry-leading broker claim advocacy talent. 

Cassidy’s experience includes working in various capacities for CNA and for several (regional and global) insurance brokerage firms. Cassidy also practiced for years with the prestigious law firm Ballard Spahr, LLP, where he handled various legal matters for manufacturers, financial institutions, public utilities and universities. In 2004, the firm recognized him with its Pro-Bono Award for his work assisting disadvantaged clients. 

Cassidy is an active supporter of Temple University’s Risk Management Program and in 2014 was honored with its Norman Baglini Outstanding Young Alumni Award in Risk Management and Insurance. Cassidy is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He joined Lockton in 2017.
